The funeral will be held at Watkins Garrett and Woods Mortuary, 1011 Augusta St.. Greenville SC
There is also visitation on Sunday at the Mortuary from 7-8.

The Palmetto State Law Enforcement Officers Association in conjunction with the Midlands Chapter of PSLEOA, regrets to inform you of the passing of Retired Major McKinley Weaver of SLED on Sunday morning. Major Weaver was a very active member of the Midland Chapter of PSLEOA, and was instrumental in assisting several agents to attend PSLEOA Training Conferences.

John has suffered a heart attack and is currently in CCU at McLeods Hospital in Florence. Please keep him and Denise in your prayers. President Hamilton has asked that you not inundate her with telephone calls but, it would nice if you sent her a text to let her know that she is not alone and they are in your thoughts. It is with my pleasure to announce that we are gaining a new chapter. North Charleston is organized and ready to join the state chapter of the Palmetto State Law Enforcement Officers Association. This event will take place on January 9, 2019, Wednesday evening, at 6:00 pm. The installation service will be held at North Charleston City Hall, there will be a Reception immediately following this event. You all are invited to attend and welcome the new chapter.
